It is the intent of this foundation to financially assist qualified students in the towns of Middleborough, Lakeville, Carver and Rochester with a yearly grant, Sophomore to Senior year, undergraduate school, directly submitted to the College, University or other Educational body that they attend.
It is however, understood by such applicants that the purpose of their program of study which they seek to complete must have the intent to benefit the greater good of the communities which the foundation serves. They must submit with their application a letter stating the goals that they wish to obtain as well as how this goal will benefit the community and pledge to return to said towns and give some manner of service in the future. This is a definite requirement that will be reviewed and evaluated by the Trustees before a final decision is made to grant the scholarship.
